Our Program:

Tina’s Angels works closely with local shelters, dog trainers, and community organizations to identify and train dogs that are well-suited for senior citizens. We aim to provide ongoing support to ensure that the senior and the dog have a harmonious and beneficial relationship. Each “passive protection” pairing is made with careful consideration of the senior’s lifestyle, needs, and preferences, as well as the dog’s temperament and abilities.

Community Outreach:

Along with our companion program, we plan to organize food and clothing drives for individuals and families in need. Another goal of our foundation is to carry out senior safety classes. Our hope is to educate and provide seniors with various security systems; including cyber security & strategies on how to avoid fraudulent scams targeted at our elderly population.

Our Reason:

Christine “Tina” Barsanti was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She was a beautiful, vibrant woman with a full and exciting life. She was an active and vivacious member of her community and church. She spent the majority of her time with her family and friends. On June 6th, 2024, she tragically lost her life during a home invasion. Our mission is to prevent tragedies like Tina’s for other seniors.
